Complete Your Brand Questionnaire

Before your Discovery Call we need you to fill out a short questionnaire about your brand. Your answers go directly to your Account Manager and Creative Director — the more honest and specific, the better your first month of content will be.

Takes about 10–15 minutes. No wrong answers. Just be honest.

Confirm Your Discovery Call Date

Your Account Manager will reach out in your Slack channel within 24 hours to schedule your 60-minute Brand Discovery Call. You don't need to prepare anything — just show up ready to talk. We handle the structure.

Contract Signed + Payments Confirmed

Both your Setup Fee and Production Deposit have been received. Your shoot date slot is reserved and your team has been allocated. You're locked in.

Before Your Discovery Call, Why we ask you to fill this out first

Most agencies use the first call to ask basic questions — name, business, goals. By the time the real conversation starts you've already spent 20 minutes on things we could have gathered in five minutes on a form.

We do it differently.
You fill in the questionnaire before the call. That way we skip the surface level entirely and go straight into the conversation that actually matters — your story, your audience, and the content direction that will make your brand impossible to ignore.

What happens to your answersYour responses go directly to your Account Manager and Creative Director. They review everything before the call and use it to draft your first Content Pillars and reel concepts — so we walk into your Discovery Call having already done the homework.
